Baltix was established by Marian Gebhardt in the city of Gdynia, Poland, in 1990. At that time we provided various welding services within the Polish market only. But already in the year of 1995, we started cooperation with various Sweden based companies.
We co-operate with either big and small firms. The most important for us is perfect relationship with our partners and clients, based on mutual professionalism and trust. Our aim is to supply our customers with solutions improving their profitability.

Baltix is a member of the Teknikföretagen – the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries which means that Swedish regulations concerning the Swedish workplace regulations apply to our activities.
Our recruitment center is based in the Gdansk/Gdynia area - one of the biggest industrial areas in Poland, with close connections to Scandinavia.
Our office staff speak Swedish, Norwegian and English.
